As a cover, PU is the good middle ground between touch and toughness. It gives the softness of leather, similar to what players look for in their cleats, but it also brings the durability of plastics to keep your ball resistant to scratches and wear. The glossiness of a PU covering will also help prevent water from absorbing into the ball's material, keeping it lightweight for the desired performance. Sewing soccer balls by hand is a great way to create tight seams between the panels. This provides a number of benefits to players, including reduced water uptake and durability. As far as sewn balls go, hand stitching is a top choice. The seams will help balls last longer since they are tighter and stronger. The tension in the seams can also create more explosive rebound, providing a type of trampoline effect during shooting and passing. It'll generate more energy on your shots, helping the ball go further and faster with less power from you.

Note* - when inflating a ball with a pump it is critical that the needle is lubricated before insertion. We suggest soft soap would be a suitable substance.

Revolutionary fully thermal bonded football. No water absorption in wet weather so the ball maintains a constant weight and shape and aids more accurate flight through the air.

Thermoplastic Polyurethane(TPU) as a material stands up to wear and scuffs better than almost anything else in the sports world. A TPU coating on top of other coverings is to give the ball more durability. As a compressed layer, this can add more rebound off the foot, sending the ball further. Thermal Bonded footballs have been shown to improve shooting and passing accuracy by 220% when compared to other FIFA Approved hand-stitched balls. (Results based on actual measurements using a kicking machine at a distance of 50 metres). Thermal bonding is considered to be the best option for soccer ball covers, this technique uses heat to fuse panels together. It gives an incredibly tight seam and helps create a perfect sphere. Aligning the cover panels evenly will keep the ball from absorbing any water at all, for a consistent feel and weight that doesn't change with conditions. Professional players look for thermal-bonded soccer balls to give them the most predictable strike and flight pattern
